If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice or simply log into the Website and edit your Personal Information within Profile and Alerts.

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us.

In addition, when you use the Service to compile your financial account information, we ask you to provide information related to each account, and track transactions relating thereto, including the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction (purchase of certain goods, services, or other money transfer. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. Certain features may not work without this information. Customers can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Website and editing their Information within Profile. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.

In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, we may verify with third parties the information you provide. We also ask you to choose a different security questions to answer (such as your city of birth or your pet's name). This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, protect you against credit card fraud and checking account fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.

We may collect information in customer service correspondence and other correspondence between OurCashFlow.com to you including e-mails and faxes, for such purposes as to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

When you arrive at or leave the OurCashFlow.com Site, we may automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to, or visit while you are on the OurCashFlow.com site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Site. This information may be used, for example, to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with OurCashFlow.com. Cookies, or small files of data sent from the Web server to your computer, may be used to collect operational data and information such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, operating system, ISP, time stamps, transactions placed, products or services used, prior and following web sites you view, and banner ads you click. Such information may be used for example to aid your interaction with our Site, and improve its navigation and usability, and for product and service referrals. We may also use such information to analyze trends, administer the site, improve site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

OurCashFlow.com uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by logging into the Website and editing their Personal Information within Profile and Alerts. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing service@ourcashflow.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service or by using the Profile functionality on the web. Any customer can opt-in to special promotions that we may make available on the site from time to time.

OurCashFlow.com may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. OurCashFlow.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. OurCashFlow.com does not store this information.

Third Party Disclosures:

Except as we explicitly stated at the time we request information, or as provided for in this or the OurCashFlow.com Terms of Service Agreement, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers, provide requested services, to bill for the Service, or as otherwise described herein.

Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). OurCashFlow.com will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the OurCashFlow.com Terms of Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of providing or improving requested services, such as relating to resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Financial account and credit account information will never be unencrypted by OurCashFlow.com for these purposes. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

OurCashFlow.com does not have unencrypted access to nor will we ever share, sell or rent any individual financial account or credit account information with any internal or external parties. OurCashFlow.com will not share, sell, or rent any of your personally identifiable information with third parties, except in the limited circumstances described herein, or with your express permission. These third parties are limited by law or by contract from using the information for secondary purposes beyond the purposes for which the information is shared.

OurCashFlow.com may share information with affiliates (but not your personal financial account or credit account access information) if the information is required to provide the product or service you have specifically requested or that we believe may be of interest to you. OurCashFlow.com may form partnerships and alliances with other companies who offer products and services that might be of value to our clients. If an acquisition of OurCashFlow.com occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by OurCashFlow.com, including customer account information, but would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended as described herein. We share aggregated statistical data (i.e., not tied to your personally identifiable information) with our business partners or for public relations.

We may disclose the information we collect (but not your personal financial account or credit account access information) to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. OurCashFlow.com uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does OurCashFlow.com share user information with these parties.

To help us improve our services to you, we may engage another business to help us to carry out certain internal functions such as account processing, fulfillment, client service, client satisfaction surveys or other data collection activities relevant to our business. We may also provide a party with client information from our database to help us to analyze and identify client needs and notify clients of product and service offerings. Use of the information shared is strictly limited to the performance of the task we request and for no other purpose.

We may disclose your personal information to resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems, prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement. For example, information may be disclosed where required by law to regulatory, law enforcement or other government authorities, in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action. We may disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you). We may also disclose your information to protect our rights or property, including such as to credit reporting or processing companies, including collection agencies.

Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. OurCashFlow.com also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, OurCashFlow.com provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

Your online account information and access codes are stored only in encrypted form. No one else will ever have access to account information and we restrict access to your other personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Remember: you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account User ID, and password. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose this information. You may not share your OurCashFlow.com password with anyone. You may not use anyone else’s ID and password. OurCashFlow.com will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an e-mail, though we may ask you to enter this type of information on the OurCashFlow.com website, which will always have a URL beginning with https://www.ourcashflow.com/.

If you do share your OurCashFlow.com password with a third party for any reason, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you may be responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately by logging in to your account at https://www.ourcashflow.com/ and changing your Profile settings, and also contact us right away at security@ourcashflow.com with their account login ID.

Correcting & Updating Your Information:

If customers need to update or change registration information they may do so by editing the user record. To update a User Profile, including billing information, log on to OurCashFlow.com and select Profile to add or update information. To discontinue the Service and to have data returned, email service@ourcashflow.com or call 303 260 8711. OurCashFlow.com will respond to your correction or update request within at most 30 days from the date of your request.
